Pony Prom Rule Guide
Keep all submissions, both writing and art, SFW. We will not be posting any submissions that include nudity or otherwise unseemly images or writing (Small amounts of gore are acceptable, to don’t get excessive with it). And yes, written submissions are just as welcome as drawn submissions, as long as they are not single sentences or words.
Dress/suit submissions and single requests for next year’s prom will start being accepted on April 1st. That way you will have a little under two months to get these in. If you want to make a single request, please make sure you at least try a few times to solve this for yourself before turning to us.
Dress/suit submissions and single requests will not be accepted after midnight on May 24th. This is to avoid confusion during the run of the prom. Due to the fact that we will be busy with prom activity posts, we can no longer manage singles and post attire designs. Please get these done before the 25th.
A maximum of two activity submissions are allowed for each character per day during the prom. i.e. Dancing, singing or other activities of the like, depicted in either writing or image. This is to keep our submission box from overflowing too much, and let’s your submissions actually get seen and not be quickly overshadowed by a fast moving dashboard on the blog. If a user has several characters, they may have 2 posts for each per day.
Submissions concerning prom activities will no longer be posted after midnight on May 30th. Unfortunately, if you make a submission too late and the prom is done, we will not post it. We gave a 5 day window for this, which should be plenty of time to get your submissions in. If you would like to do a ‘post prom’ picture, we will start accepting those sometime during the 30th, which will be announced sometime around that date.
